HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid
Course Description | This course provides the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.
The course will cover basic first aid techniques such as DRSABCD and correct techniques of CPR on both the adult and child This course applies to all persons who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings. |

Certificate on Completion | Learners completing assessment requirements for this course will be awarded a Statement of Attainment.
All students will be required to provide their Unique Student Identifier (USI) before a Statement of Attainment can be issued, unless an exemption applies under the Student Identifiers Act 2014.
